[04] FREQUENT QUESTIONS
Got Questions? We’ve got answers.
Is there really no upfront design fee? +
Yes! We design and build your full custom website with £0 initial fees. You only pay our small monthly hosting and maintenance fee once your website is ready to go live.
Why are you offering free website design? +
We want to see local businesses thrive. High setup costs usually get in the way, so we do the heavy design lifting for free. You only cover the low monthly hosting fee—something you’d have to pay with any website anyway.
Do I qualify for a free website? +
Yes! If you run a local business, trade, or independent service, you should qualify for a FREE website design. We also take on larger businesses—if you need a bigger or more complex project, get in touch and we'll put together a tailored quote.
Do I need to supply my own domain name? +
Nope. If you already own a domain, we can easily link it to our servers. If you don't have one yet, we can register and supply a domain for you directly as part of your onboarding.
